14-day money-back guarantee
Every payment for Planora (a new plan, a renewal, or extra seats) can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of paying. You don't need to give a reason. If PPN was added, it is refunded too.
When a payment is refunded, what it paid for ends: the period or the extra seats are removed. If that leaves the workspace without a paid period, it moves back to the Free plan. Your projects and tasks are not deleted; if the workspace has more members or files than Free allows, the usual 7-day grace period applies.
After 14 days
Refunds for a change of mind are not available after 14 days. We still refund:
- payments made twice, or charged in error;
- the unused part of a period, if we remove a paid feature you rely on or Planora is unavailable for a long time;
- any other case where the law gives you a right to a refund.
How to ask: payments in rupiah
Email [email protected] from your account or billing email, with the invoice number (it starts with PLN- and is on the receipt email and the Billing page). We confirm within 3 business days.
The money goes back through the original payment method when it supports refunds (for example most e-wallets). Payments by QRIS or virtual account can't be reversed, so we transfer the amount to a bank account in the name of the payer or the billing company. Refunds are paid within 14 business days of approval; your bank or e-wallet may take a few more days to show it.
How to ask: payments in US dollars
Payments in US dollars are sold by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Ask for a refund at paddle.net (look up your order with the email you paid with), or email us at [email protected] and we will ask Paddle for you.
Paddle refunds to the card or account you paid with, including any sales tax or VAT it charged. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply, including the right to cancel that consumers in some countries have by law.
Fair use
This guarantee is meant for people trying Planora in good faith. We may decline repeated pay-and-refund cycles on the same workspace that are clearly misusing it. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
