Terms of Service

Effective October 16, 2026

In short

  • Planora is run by PT OCTARA ARTHA DIGITAL. By using it you agree to these terms.
  • Your tasks and files stay yours. We use them only to run Planora for you.
  • Pro is paid in advance per member, for a month or a year, and never renews by itself. Within 14 days of a payment you can ask for your money back, no reason needed.
  • Don't use Planora for anything unlawful, for spam, or to attack it or other people.

Who we are and what these terms cover

Planora is an online service for planning projects and tasks with a team (the "Service"). It is provided by PT OCTARA ARTHA DIGITAL, Cluster Lausanne Park - Lebrassus, Desa/Kelurahan Mekar Bakti, Kec. Panongan, Kab. Tangerang, Provinsi Banten ("we", "us"). When you create an account or use the Service, you enter into an agreement with us on these terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. Continuing to use the Service means you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

If you use Planora on behalf of a company or another organisation, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it; "you" then also means that organisation.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • Give a real name and an email address you can receive mail at; we ask you to confirm it.
  • Keep your password (and the Google or GitHub account you sign in with) to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else is using it.

Workspaces, owners and members

Work in Planora happens in workspaces. The person who creates a workspace is its owner. The owner chooses the plan, pays for it and can delete the workspace with everything in it. The owner and admins decide who is invited and what role they have.

People invited to a workspace never pay for it. The owner is responsible for making sure members use the workspace in line with these terms.

Plans and payment

The Free plan costs nothing and has the limits shown on our pricing page (for example, up to 10 members per workspace). Pro is paid per member (seat), in advance, for one month or one year. Each account can try Pro once for 14 days without payment details.

  • Prices are shown before you pay. Prices in rupiah exclude PPN (Indonesian VAT) when we are required to charge it.
  • A paid period does not renew automatically. Near its end we remind you by email; if you don't pay for the next period, the workspace returns to the Free plan when the period ends.
  • Seats added during a period are charged for the days left in it. Seats are never removed in the middle of a paid period.
  • If a workspace uses more than its plan allows (for example, more members than seats), you have 7 days to pay or reduce usage. After that the workspace becomes read-only until it is within its limits again. Nothing is deleted.
  • We may change prices for future periods; a period you have already paid for keeps its price.

Payments in rupiah are processed for us by our payment provider Xendit, and we issue the invoice. Payments in US dollars are different: our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all those orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for them, and Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to the purchase.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund of any payment within 14 days of making it. How it works is set out in our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • break the law, or store or share content that is unlawful, or that you have no right to share;
  • defraud anyone, send spam or bulk invitations to people who didn't ask for them;
  • infringe anyone's copyright, trademarks or other rights;
  • harass or threaten people, or publish someone's personal data without a lawful basis;
  • spread malware, probe or test the Service for weaknesses without our written permission, get around its limits or security, scrape it, or put an unreasonable load on it;
  • resell or rent access to the Service without our written permission.

Your content

Everything you and your team put into Planora (tasks, descriptions, project names, images) belongs to you. You give us permission to store, copy and show it only as needed to run the Service for you and your workspace, and to keep backups.

You are responsible for your content and for having the right to use it. If we are told that content breaks the law or someone's rights, we may remove it or restrict access to it, and we will tell the workspace owner.

Our service and brand

The Service, its design, the Planora name and logo belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you the right to use the Service, not ownership of it. Parts of Planora are built on open-source software; those parts remain under their own licences (for example, the MIT licence).

Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep Planora running and your data safe, but we can't promise that the Service will always be available, fast or free of errors. We may need maintenance windows, and we may change, add or remove features. If we remove something you rely on in a paid plan, we will tell you in advance and you may ask for a refund for the unused part of your period.

Suspension and ending

We may suspend or close an account or workspace if it seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, if a payment is reversed or not made, or if it puts the security of the Service or other users at risk (for example, fraud or an attack). Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

You can stop using Planora at any time. A workspace owner can delete the workspace in its settings. To delete your account, email [email protected].

Liability

As far as the law allows, the Service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost business or lost data that a reasonable backup by you would have prevented. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For important changes we email workspace owners at least 14 days before the new terms apply. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If we have a dispute, we will first try to settle it together in good faith; if that fails, it will be settled by the courts of Indonesia. These terms are available in Indonesian and English; if the two differ, the Indonesian version prevails.
